Established in July 2022, ISPE Women in Pharma Malaysia Affiliate has been active since its inception to provide a platform for women, and men, of the industry to connect and engage in thoughtful discussions, providing vast networking opportunities, and inspire each other.
ISPE’s Women in Pharma group is a member-exclusive initiative committed to bridging gender, cultural, organizational, and geographic boundaries to maximize the impact women have on the pharmaceutical industry, and their respective communities.

Powered and led by Women In Pharma I ISPE Malaysia Affiliate, Mentor WIP MYISPE mentorship programme is exclusively designed and tailored for our local community of emerging leaders and students, with a face-to-face, direct access mentorship by our pool of professional and senior leaders within our local pharmaceutical landscape.
Women In Pharma I ISPE Malaysia Affiliate will continue to provide our mentees a safe space without boundaries, for guidance and support, where diversity of thoughts thrive.
